For those of you who have a Sam's Club membership, photo cards there are a great deal. I ordered ours last night online and paid 23 cents a card and I don't have to pay for shipping as I sent them to my local Sam's Club. Additionally, they also have 2 hour service, so if you are behind on getting your cards done (like myself) it can really help you get them out on time. I would have paid $90+ on Shutterfly to do a similar card.
I am sure Costco has the same type deal so check it out if you have a membership there.
